For self-driving guests, please note that the hotel does not offer onsite parking. The nearest carpark is located beside the hotel and is managed by a 3rd party (Symphony Harmony Open Air Car Park). Parking charges are determined by the company and the hotel will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred. Drop off zone is available in front of the hotel.
In compliance with the policy of the Malaysian Government, a Tourism Tax of RM10 flat rate per room night will be imposed on all foreign guests.
This ruling shall be effective as of 1st September 2017 and will be reflective separately in the room bill and/or room rate.
Malaysians are exempted from paying the levy.
